Return Eligibility
Non-customized items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Customized or personalized products are generally non-returnable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with clear unboxing photos/videos. We will verify and provide replacement or refund support.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
